Rental Policy

When renting a Vehicle from Rent in Style you will enter into a Vehicle Rental Agreement that is a legal contract containing all the important information about your responsibilities and duties related to the use of the Vehicle rented to you by Rent in Style.

Since, the Vehicle Rental Agreement is very important information and we value our customers so much, we have taken great care in presenting these guidelines in a clear and concise manner that isn't cluttered with industry jargon and legalese.

Please read the Vehicle Rental Agreement carefully. If there is anything you do not understand or do not agree with, please ask any member of Rent in Style before providing any information or signing this Agreement.

We take great pride in open communication with no hidden rules or guidelines. The following are some key points that all Renter's MUST agree with prior to using any Vehicle. The actual Vehicle Rental Agreement will contain all of the important information:

• I agree to always provide true and accurate information to Rent in Style regarding your personal information, driving information, insurance information, and any other information you provide to Rent in Style.
• I agree to be responsible for all of the rates, fees, and any costs or additional fees as set forth in the Agreement.
• I agree to bring back the Vehicle before the exact date and time specified on page one or you will incur additional charges.
• I agree to return the Vehicle to Rent in Style in the same exact condition as you received the vehicle or you will be responsible for additional costs to repair the vehicle.
• I agree to pay for any and all Damages to the Vehicle at any time during the Rental Period you have the Vehicle.
• I agree to abide by all rules and regulations regarding the use of Rent in Style’s Rental Vehicle paying specific attention to the prohibitions in Section 3 of the Terms and Conditions (see page 4 of the Rental Agreement).
• I agree to be fully responsible for any accidents by making claim on your OWN PERSONAL INSURANCE.
• I agree to indemnify Rent in Style, for any damages that occur while I am in possession of the vehicle or for any item or breach under this Agreement.

Rent in Style offers NO rental contracts to exceed 30 days and we offer NO insurance coverage. Most insurance companies will cover you on any rental, and we verify this with your personal broker in advance, so you are covered
